LVBC is hosting its open tournament on April 11th, 2009 out of Paizano's in Pierre Part. Participants can launch either at Paizano's to fish Lake Verret or at the Belle River Public Landing to fish the spillway. LVBC President Randy Rader is the proud new owner of a Nitro Z9. Randy's boat is unique in that he won it at the 2009 Bassmasters Classic. The boat was the grand door prize given to spectators at the classic. The boat was the 2008 Elite Tour Boat used by Kevin Van Dam for the 2008 Elite Series and the 2009 Classic.
